Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation & Refund Policy for PixelPro Edits

Effective Date: September 23, 2025

Thank you for choosing PixelPro Edits. We aim to provide the best learning experience. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our workshops and bootcamps.

1. For the 3-Hour Online Workshop

  • 1.1. Cancellation by Student:

    • If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the workshop. In this case, you will receive a 100% full refund.

    • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the workshop’s start time are non-refundable. This is because your spot is reserved, and it’s difficult for us to fill it at the last minute.

    • You may, however, request to transfer your registration to a future workshop batch, subject to availability.

  • 1.2. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, you will not be eligible for any refund.

  • 1.3. Cancellation by PixelPro Edits:

    • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the workshop due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, all registered students will be offered a choice between a 100% full refund or a confirmed spot in the next scheduled workshop.

2. For the 3-Day / 7-Day Bootcamps

  • 2.1. Cancellation by Student:

    • A full refund, minus a 10% processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the bootcamp’s start date.

    • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date.

    • No refunds will be issued after the bootcamp has started.

  • 2.2. Non-Refundable Digital Bonuses:

    • Please note that any digital bonuses (like presets, PSDs, actions) that are provided to you upon registration are non-refundable. If you cancel, the value of these bonuses may be deducted from your refund amount.

  • 2.3. Cancellation by PixelPro Edits:

    • If we have to cancel the bootcamp, students will be offered a 100% full refund.

How to Request a Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be sent via email to pixelproedits.in@gmail.com. Please include your name, workshop/bootcamp name, and payment details in the email.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
