.Digital Delivery Policy for PixelPro Edits

Effective Date: September 23, 2025

1. General Information All products and services sold on the PixelPro Edits website ( https://pixelproedits.in/ ) are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Delivery of Online Workshops & Bootcamps

  • Process: Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided during registration.

  • Delivery Timeframe: This confirmation email will be sent automatically, typically within 15 minutes of your purchase.

  • Contents of Email: The email will contain all the necessary information to access the workshop/bootcamp, including:

    • The Zoom meeting link.

    • The date and time of the live session(s).

    • A schedule or outline of the topics to be covered.

    • Information on how to join the exclusive WhatsApp group.

3. Delivery of Digital Products (Bonuses, Presets, PSDs, etc.)

  • Process: For any digital products (such as presets, actions, or PSD files) purchased or received as a bonus, a secure download link will be provided.

  • Delivery Method: The download link will be made available in two ways:

    1. On the post-purchase “Thank You” page immediately after your payment is confirmed.

    2. Via a separate email sent to your registered email address.

  • File Format: Digital products are typically delivered in a ZIP file format. You will need a standard program to “unzip” or extract the files on your computer.

4. Technical Requirements for Access To access our digital products and services, you will need:

  • A valid and working email address.

  • A stable internet connection.

  • The necessary software to use the products (e.g., a compatible version of Adobe Photoshop for presets and actions). These requirements are mentioned on the respective product/workshop pages.

5. Failed Delivery / Troubleshooting If you do not receive your confirmation email or download link within 1 hour of your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder in your email client.

  2. Ensure that you entered the correct email address during checkout.

  3. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our support team immediately.
